Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Plupsy processes, why it is used, how long temporary conversion files remain available, and the choices you have.
Last updated: July 13, 2026
1. Information we process
- Project files you choose to upload, including ZIP, HTML, images, scripts, styles, and other included assets.
- Conversion information such as a conversion identifier, processing status, file metadata, creation and expiration times, and operational events.
- Payment confirmation information supplied by Stripe, such as checkout status and transaction identifiers. Complete card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Plupsy.
- Basic technical and security information that our hosting and infrastructure providers may process, such as IP address, browser information, request time, and error logs.
- Messages and contact details you provide when contacting support.
2. How we use information
We use this information to perform and validate conversions, provide previews and downloads, confirm payments, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, secure the service, respond to support requests, and meet applicable legal obligations.
3. File storage and retention
Conversion files are stored in private cloud storage and are scheduled to expire no later than one hour after creation. A periodic cleanup process removes expired files and related conversion records. Failed or cancelled conversion files may be removed sooner.
Limited operational, security, payment, and support records may be retained for longer when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, service auditing, or legal compliance. We do not use uploaded project content for advertising.
4. Service providers
We use Supabase for private cloud storage and data services, Stripe for checkout and payment processing, and Hostinger for application hosting. These providers process information according to their own privacy terms and the services they perform for us.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate Plupsy, when you request or authorize it, to protect the service and its users, or when required by applicable law.
6. Security
We use private cloud storage, restricted server-side credentials, signed payment notifications, access controls, and automatic expiration processes designed to protect conversion data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your requests
You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information associated with a support interaction or transaction, subject to information we must retain for legitimate or legal reasons. Conversion files are also removed automatically after their short retention period.
8. Contact
