Refund Policy

We want the delivered conversion to match the preview you reviewed before payment. If something goes wrong with payment or delivery, contact us so we can investigate and make it right.

7-day request window

You may submit a refund request within seven calendar days of purchase. This request window does not reduce any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

When a refund may be approved

  • You were charged more than once for the same conversion.
  • Payment was completed but the purchased file could not be downloaded.
  • The downloaded JSON is corrupted or cannot be imported into a supported Elementor installation.
  • The delivered file is materially different from the preview shown immediately before checkout.
  • A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Before requesting a refund

Please review the conversion preview before purchasing. Differences caused by a WordPress theme, plugin conflict, unsupported Elementor version, missing third-party service, or later modification of the imported template may require troubleshooting rather than a refund.

When possible, we may first offer reasonable assistance, a replacement download, or correction of a delivery issue. This does not remove your right to request a refund within the stated period.

How to request a refund

Email support@plupsy.com with the email used at checkout, the approximate purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment information.

Processing

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method through Stripe. The time for the credit to appear is determined by Stripe, the payment network, and your financial institution.
