Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to Plupsy and your use of our website conversion and digital template delivery service. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Last updated: July 13, 2026
1. The service
Plupsy converts supported website project files into a downloadable template intended for import into Elementor. The service includes file upload, automated processing, a preview, secure checkout, and time-limited delivery of the converted file.
Conversion results can vary according to the source project, WordPress installation, Elementor version, theme, plugins, fonts, scripts, and third-party assets. A preview is provided before purchase so you can review the available result.
2. Your files and responsibilities
You keep ownership of the files you upload. You grant Plupsy a limited permission to process, convert, validate, display, and temporarily store those files only as needed to provide the service.
You must have the rights and permissions required to upload and convert the project. You may not submit unlawful, malicious, infringing, privacy-invasive, or harmful content, or use the service to interfere with our systems or other users.
3. Temporary storage and availability
Uploaded projects, previews, reports, and export files are stored temporarily and are scheduled to expire no later than one hour after creation. Expired, cancelled, failed, and unused export files may be removed automatically. You are responsible for downloading the purchased template before it expires.
4. Price, payment, and delivery
The price shown at checkout is a one-time payment for the displayed conversion. Payments are processed by Stripe. Plupsy does not receive or store your complete card details.
The download is released only after Plupsy receives confirmation of a successful payment. If payment succeeds but the download is not released, contact support@plupsy.com.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Third-party services
The service relies on third-party providers including Stripe for payments, Supabase for cloud storage and data services, and Hostinger for application hosting. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply to the services they provide.
7. Service changes and limitation
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Plupsy is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, third-party platform changes, or incompatibilities outside our reasonable control.
